Ann Marie Francia

Ann Marie graduated from Berkeley College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She then received her Child Development Associate (CDA) from Norwalk Community College in 2000. She worked at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons in NYC for over eight years. Joining the CDSW family in 1999, Ann Marie taught the Twos class for three years & then transitioned to office manager. She is the mother of three children & her interests include traveling, cross country skiing, reading & cooking.
casey monteleone

Casey was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and received her BA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee. She worked in pharmaceutical sales in Nashville and later in Fairfield county until she became a stay at home mom in 2015. Casey has lived in Wilton since 2011 with her husband and two children. She joined the staff at CDSW in 2022 as a Twos teacher and taught for 3 years before transitioning into the Office. In her free time, you can most likely find Casey on a lacrosse field or in a basketball gym with her family. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and getting all kinds of book recommendations from the CDSW moms!
Maura Gleckler

Maura received a BA in Business Administration from Adelphi University. As a CPA, she worked at Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu for over ten years. Maura has worked at CDSW since 2000 as an office manager, substitute teacher & aide. Mother of two, Maura enjoys baking, photography & sports. She & her husband are active participants in the educational & medical charities they support in Texas & Connecticut, in memory of one of their sons.
Margaret O’Donnell
classroom Aide
Margaret received her BA in Mass Media Communications from Denison University in 1994. She worked in marketing and promotions for multiple lifestyle publications for 14 years. Margaret and her family moved to Wilton in 2010 and all 3 of her girls attended CDSW. She served on the board for 2 years and she is excited to be back in the school helping out in the classrooms as a floating aide. In her spare time, Margaret enjoys running, paddle tennis, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Michelle robin
classroom Aide
Michelle received her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. She worked in finance and marketing for 20 years. During that time, Michelle also received multiple certifications as a yoga instructor teaching in schools, studios and clinical settings specializing in the treatment of trauma. Pairing with that, she holds a certification in teaching self-defense and personal safety to women and children. She is also a certified Ayurvedic nutritional counselor. After taking time off to grow her family, Michelle returned to work as an aide in the Wilton Public Schools. As a former CDSW mom, she is now over the moon to be working with the Day School families! She feels privileged to have the opportunity every moment of every day to positively impact a child’s life. She loves beyond words being a mom to her four boys, and in her spare time enjoys running and traveling with her family!
